Hello fellow army leaders.
Before you declare war on NWCP you have to read and follow all the rules that follow. You must be the leader of your CP army. You can only declare war on NWCP if you want a server from us or you want a server back from us or we (NWCP and your army) somehow own the same server.
Allowable Time
On weekdays make the time somewhere between 3:00 PST – 4:00 PST.
On the weekends an allowable time is 10:00 PST – 4:00 PST.
